Welcome! I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in Bedford and a fully accredited member of the BABCP, British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. I have many years experience working in an adult mental health service in the NHS providing CBT for a wide range of problems and I also have private clinic rooms in Bedford.
